Stage 1: Deposit 10% of the contract value when both Sides has signed the report deposit to buy the house.
Stage 2: 20% of the contract value (within 30 days after stage 1) when both Side has signed the agreement.
Stage 3: 15% of the contract value (within 30 days after stage 2).
Stage 4: 20% of the contract value (within 45 days after stage 3).
Stage 5: 30% of the contract value when upon receiving the handover
